The shingles, flashing, vents, pipe boots and gutters are checked, along with the attic or ceiling where water shows up, to find the cause and not just the stain.

A clear quote
You get a quote that spells out the scope of work and the materials, with options when there's more than one sensible way to fix the roof.
- Step 4
The work and the cleanup
The job is scheduled around the weather and your calendar. When it's done, the site is cleaned up, nails and debris included, and the finished work is walked through with you.

Is the roof inspection really free?
Every job starts with a free inspection. We look at the whole roof, show you what we find, and give you a no-obligation estimate before any work begins.
How much does a roof replacement cost?
It depends on the roof's size and pitch, the material and what we find underneath. Your free inspection gets you an exact price. For repairs, our roof repair cost guide breaks down typical Treasure Valley ranges.
Do you work on commercial and flat roofs?
We install and repair membrane, flat and low-slope roofs for retail centers, multi-family buildings and other commercial properties.
Which solar products do you install?
Solar attic fans and solar tubes, installed and sealed by the same crews that work on your roof. We don't install solar panels.
What warranty comes with your work?
New roofs come with our 10-year workmanship warranty, which transfers once to the next homeowner. Repairs carry a 2-year workmanship warranty. Malarkey shingles also carry Malarkey's limited lifetime warranty. The non-prorated period depends on the shingle line, and upgraded warranties are available. We'll walk you through the options with your estimate.
